ABC's 'Suburgatory' solid in week two

ABC's new comedy ''Suburgatory'' organized well in the second outing, again building on its lead-in ''The Middle.'' The net's ''Modern Family'' was the night's top show in demos, while CBS' ''Criminal Minds'' and Fox's ''The X Factor'' also shined. Fox won the evening among grown ups 18-49, edging the three-hour earnings of CBS and ABC, as the Eye been with them both in grown ups 25-54 and total audiences, using its ''Criminal Minds'' standing as Wednesday's most-viewed program overall the very first time this fall. Based on preliminary national estimations from Nielsen, Fox continued to be strong around the evening having a 90-minute edition of ''The X Factor'' (3.9 rating/11 in 18-49, 11.5 million audiences overall), that was on componen with last week's performance and again won the 8 o'clock hour. And also at 10, ''CSI'' continued to be the hour's leader (2.9/8 in 18-49, 11.8 million audiences overall), but was lower a little week to week. NBC began the evening on an optimistic note as ''Up All Night'' (2.2/7 in 18-49, 5.7 million audiences overall) was up a tick week to week and again provided the internet as time passes period improvement. But ''Free Agents'' held at its low-level (1./3 in 18-49, 3.3 million audiences overall), and does not figure to stay within the 8:30 p.m. timeslot for considerably longer.
