What did you think of Transformers 3? (Spoilers)?

I hated it. I thought T2 was the best of the three. Sam was annoying.
The new girlfriend was nothing more than eye candy and useless, IMO. I
loved Patric Dempsy's character because he's just...cute. I loved the
cars and thought that were down right awesome. But, the movie overall
was just...bad. I loved the music and might get the soundtrack.

What did you think and would you recommend it?

I thought it lived up to all the bad reviews it's getting.
I thought the plot was bad, too.
